  1. This Hazelnut Pear Torte was divine, delicate and sublime. All ingredients were organic.

    Crust: ground roasted hazelnuts, honey, melted butter and egg white.

    Filling: free range eggs, milk, honey, salt (sadly we have no local salt yet).

    Topping: D'anjou pears, cream, honey carame.
